You aren’t something until you are. It’s time to become.
When wanting to make any kind of drastic change, it’s natural for the most annoying and intrusive thoughts to seep into your brain:
Am I good enough? What’s on the other side of taking this risk? Who am I to do this? I can’t be that. I don’t even know what I’m doing… do I?
Most of the time, it’s because we’re convinced our current reality is the only future. [lies]
Plus, our brains secretly want things to be the same, same, same because anything else is a threat to our comfort/safety. [lies…mostly.]
So it makes up a scary story about how we can’t possibly become anything other than who we are right now. And to this thought, we should kindly tell the brain “thank you for trying to keep me safe. I appreciate you, I acknowledge you, I see you, now kindly fuck off.” 🙃
And hey — we’re all doing this thing called ‘life’ for the very first time.
We were nothing. And now we exist as something. A living being spiraling through the world making choices every single day without knowing what the result will be.
Nothing ➡️ Something.
So really… you aren’t something until are.
You haven’t done something until you have.
You can’t know something until you do.
What you want can’t exist until you make the choice for it to.
Who we are and what we have in the present is the precursor to becoming.
You can’t become until you start becoming.
Who are you becoming? Take the step.
Cheers to living PermissionLESS,
